I am an associate with Aflac. Aflac is a wonderful company to work for and with. State training is excellent. As with any commission-only sales position there are difficult days. However, if you believe in the concept of what we offer and have confidence in our company and the product you have won half the battle. A career with Aflac can be very rewarding - it does take hard work, consistency and persistence. I wish you the best!
I am thinking about becoming an AFLAC sales associate, and I am hoping former & current AFLAC sales associates will share their opinions on the question asked above, and I am hoping current and former sales associates from competing insurance companies will also share their opinions, as well.
