I have a question about life insurance: Last week my wife had a mamogram. Earlier today the doctor called and said they need her to come in on Friday for more tests. If the previous test showed a problem, would it be too late to purchase life insurance? In other words, would the recent test results show up in underwriting and cause the policy to be declined?
