I have been having great success with a company called Crown Financial Group. They started me out as a newbie in the business with a 100% contract and $200/per thousand mail drops for leads. I get anywhere from 15-25 leads per drop and write about $4-5,000 per drop.
As for companies, I really like Chase, Chesapeake Life, North American, and a few others.
