: Not much has changed in PFS since you left. I was a rep for 2 yrs and recently left to pursue my career as an independent so I am prety up to date.
: Their insurance is still very expensive and still has a very poor conversion option.
: They still are a BTID and nothing else company. In fact, PFS has been petitioning for a "term only" insurance license so that their reps don't even have to learn about other kinds of insurance.
: The commission schedule starts at 25% for a newbie up to 95% for an RVP
: They really can only recruit greenies because no agent with experience will want to start at 25%.
: It seems to me like nothing has changed since you left.

Len,
I work for an absolutely independent (non-captive) agency that believes in the BTID philosophy but ONLY when it makes sense. We only use permanent products when it's right for the client. We can market any carrier for any need, and can also build a national agency across state lines if that's the route we'd like to pursue - But it is not a requirement for promotion to hire anyone! Do you have your license active? If so, check out my affiliated website with HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. Contact me to help you with your current independent business and supplement it with this "time leveraging" one! See contact info on contact page. Talk to you soon!
