My friend you miss the point. The money you make as a agent is limited, and the people you can reach are also limited. you can only go so far by yourself. If you are good or think your the best, then teach or train others to do the same and more people will get what you have to offer. you inturn get overrides for training. you will be a big agency soon with all your agents doing for 1000's of people what you were trying to do for 100's. it all about the people.
