I never made a statement of the word "ALL" you did. I believe there are a high percentage of honest agents out there. I was talking to the responder who calls himself Agent. He wants to be a smart ass. Thus, we simply want to protect our investment and want to be straight forward from the start. We want honest agents to run our leads.
