We set the appointments and split the commission with you on a 50/50 basis. This is a sliding scale, the better you do the more comp you get to keep. You sign an authorization allowing us to get a production report from any company and we also do spot checks to see if you are stealing from us. If you steal we sue. Don't steal and it will be a great relationship.
