If you leave them you will get paid a lot more money. Because you will have higher contracts. And Lead will cost you the same if leave too. No A B or C Leads crap. Just Mailers Broad casted over the phone and refferls. And you should be able to bring you agents with you if you recruited them your self. They cant keep them hostage to a better opportunity. But if you like all the raw raw to motivate you to do something than you should stay. If you can keep your self busy with out the culture. Than you should get paid what your worth and think about going independant. I did and it was the best desion of my life. Now I have contracts. And I can give you much higer than street level contracts with advancing up to 9 months and 12 months as well. and help you with leads as well. email me if you are intrested at finalexpensetrust@gmail.com
: I am a new agent.Use to be in the mortgage biz for the last 9 years.

: I have several questions.

: 1)Could I still join NAA part-time if I am already affiliated with an IMO ?

: ( I assume NAA is a non-captive outfit ? )

: 2) How much invesment do I need for NAA's Lead system & the upfront cost involved.

: 3) If I leave NAA, what happens to my team that I recruited?

: Thanks

: Johnny
