Yes, you can.

Not entirely true. NAA does restrict your carriers you can write and will vector you license if you decide to write leads they provided with other carriers.

: 2) How much invesment do I need for NAA's Lead system & the upfront cost involved.
That I am not specific, I know it seems to be costly from agents that have come to my IMO after leaving NAA.

: 3) If I leave NAA, what happens to my team that I recruited?

They keep them.
