This is in reply to the poster who stated"

"Why would I agree to what is basically a MLM on steroids. HBW Financial does little in terms of recruiting or supporting your agents. In fact, you are not nearly as competitive with compensation as a Freedom Equity Group or even going direct to a MGA. To everyone reading this message, this guy is clown. He is only looking to build his downline and has zero interest in your "business opportunity""

MLM on steroids? Who wouldn't want to be part of an MLM on steroids? Most multi-million even multi-billion dollar companies follow the MLM structure. Freedom Equity Group and an MGA are both working off of the MLM concept. Do you think Freedom Equity Group recruits agents out of the goodness of their hearts with no intentions of a gain? What MGA in their right mind would recruit an agent and not get an override from that agents business? Sounds like an MLM to me. Sure FEG or an MGA may offer higher commisions but that's only because their not giving the agents below them the opportunity to recruit and build the same business as themselves. In the financial services industry building a brokerage is the only way to go and that's exactly what HBW is set up to do for their agents. An agent who comes into HBW should see the opportunity for what it is...an opportunity to build an agency. Their training on products, financial concepts, sales and marketing and learning to do what's right for the client 100% of the time is like nothing I've yet to see. And even an independent agent interested only in personal production benefits far more than going it alone with higher contracts and little to no training and support. As far as help in recruiting I can't speak for every group within HBW but I know I have several people to depend on if I need assistance bringing another agent onboard and getting them trained if I can't do it myself. I have myself trained agents who I personally didn't recruit just to help other agents in my downline.
And ofcourse the poster is looking to build his downline is there anything wrong with wanting others to have the opportunity to build the income and business you have? But having "zero" interest in an agent you recruit into the business is absurd. Most of us who make 6 figures in this business know that if we don't do everything possible to help the agents we work with grow their business and make the incomes we ourselves are enjoying we won't have the incomes we're accustomed to or the agency we've worked to build. HBW isn't for everyone especially those with an employment mentality. As for me I'd much rather have 1% of 100 than 100% of 1 and have complete control and ownership of my business. If I were to leave HBW tomorrow I know that I'd have my book of business, my agents, and my contracts to take with me. I'm glad there are HBW agents willing to share the opportunity with other agents. This business is tough. It can either make or break you. I thank God I found HBW and I know my family is just as thankful. HBW has changed our lives!!
