We are interviewing for management openings in Carmel Indiana. We are looking for experienced licensed agents only who can run a sales team with experience in field sales training. We use a Laptop Sales Presentation so even the newest agent can still close 50 % -75%.
We pay sales managers 10% advanced override, 9% bonuse and monthly recruiting and training bonuses up to 40k per month.
