HBW is a good noncaptive organization. But Goldsmith will ask you to sign a 36 month nondisclosure/noncompete to attend his "trainings" which are nothing more than a compilation of material from many other well known concepts. : : He is taking individuals that don't know anything about the industry and locking them into him for 36 months after they leave.
