Critical Provider
Critical Provider plan is a unique term life insurance policy with a Critical and Terminal Illness Benefit Rider.

Most of us are not prepared for the financial strain that we could experience should we survive a critical or terminal illness. The Critical Provider plan has been created to help protect us from financial burden.

Under either plan, the policy benefit is paid directly to you while you are alive and can be used to:
Cover health insurance deductibles or copays
Replace lost income
Take a vacation to recuperate
Cover any other needs to help you maintain your quality of life

Critical Provider will accelerate a direct percentage of your term life insurance policy's death benefit for the following diagnosed illnesses:
100% Death from any cause
100% Heart Attack
100% Stroke
100% Life Threatening Cancers
100% Major Organ Transplant
100% Coronary Bypass Surgery
100% Renal Failure
100% Alzheimer's Disease
75% Terminal Illness -- any cause
75% Confined to nursing home
10% Angioplasty (payable one time)

The total amount accelerated will not exceed the lesser of the policy face amount or $100,000
