Let me be clearer, at PFS you start at 25% regardless of your experience. In order to get the next contract level you must recruit. If you want to stay at 25% then you don't have to recruit. With us you start at a min. 55% or higher if you have experience. You can acheive higher contracts simply by producing. You are an independent agent with us, not PFS.
