MARK IF YOU KNOW ALL THOSE AGENT ACTIVITIES then teach them to some one else so the industry can be a more productive place. the industry is hurting because agents just want the money and not to help. We need agents that can be their guide. I not only do what you mention, but i send every one inthe family a birthday card on their DOB because it is very important to get personal with more then just the cleint
