Not much has changed in PFS since you left. I was a rep for 2 yrs and recently left to pursue my career as an independent so I am prety up to date.
Their insurance is still very expensive and still has a very poor conversion option.
They still are a BTID and nothing else company. In fact, PFS has been petitioning for a "term only" insurance license so that their reps don't even have to learn about other kinds of insurance.
The commission schedule starts at 25% for a newbie up to 95% for an RVP
They really can only recruit greenies because no agent with experience will want to start at 25%.
It seems to me like nothing has changed since you left.
