The 125% commission is reserved for those agencies that have developed a sales force and have proven production. For individual agents, we are able to negotiate commissions so that we may improve their current commission structure. Our commission scale is more than just a ploy to recruit agents, it's purpose is to improve an agent's income and help them develop their business.
