: I am considering a career change after 12 years in federal law enforcement. For several years prior to my current job, I worked as a claims CRS at a small to mid size New England insurance company. As a CSR I would adjust auto and home owners claims for approximately 10 to 15 agencies. The agencies were as small as one employee to upwards of 50 employees. : : I am now interested in becoming self employed and opening my own agency.
