from what i understand it's a gray area, and i certainly understand why the American drug companies are upset over losing their monopoly on overpriced drugs.
There are so many people doing it, i would wonder if there is any way they could enforce making it illegal.

: In the most recent edititon of the insurance journal there was an ad offering a 5% commision from a canadian pharmacy. For the last few years when people can't afford the optional drug co-pay card I have been recommending they shop their local pharmacies and check out the on-line pharmacies in Canada. The savings on some maintenance drugs are huge and I have been doing some research and can't find any dissatisfied reports of people buying their drugs in Canada. First I'm concerned about the legality secondly possible liabity. Is anyone involved in a realationship with a drug company north of the border? I want to provide the best service to my clients and figure if I can get paid for something I'm already doing that would be nice. But I don't want to get arrested or lose my insurance license either.
