In order to receive an individual non-resident license in the State of Wyoming, we have to apply for a business non-resident license also. To do this, we need to have a "Certificate of Authority" form completed by a Wyoming insurance agent. I need the names of 3 agents that I can contact to find out if they will handle the completion of this form. Thank you.
