: What's your opinion: Are leads worth the time, money, and effort?
: Likely not. It's amazing how new agents are duped into believing that by buying leads they can accelerate their career. The fact is that 90% of leads sold are junk. Yes, some do pan out and that's great. However, often the success ratio is along the lines of 1 in 20+.
: Any agent has a host of people available to talk to. As long as you're doing what's right for the client - you should have no concerns about discussing what you do and how you can help! From there it's all about referrals! Talk to any successful agent and you'll learn that their business was build on referrals.
: So - again, your opinion: Is buying leads worth the time, money, and effort?
A few companies that I am totally disappointed with: MostChoice (terible contract, terible support, over-priced) LifeLeadsDirect( just plain bad) InsureMe (just plain worse) The one I like do not exist.
