Leads? To buy or not to buy. I've heard some horror stories about lead buying... but another area to target are those people who have recently purchased their homes or refinanced - as the "need" exists for new home buyers and those who have refinanced often have money in their pockets and ready to spend. For these types of marketing, mailings do pretty well if you can get the leads cheap enough and current for your specific area... typically are less than 20 cents a piece, discounted as the volume goes up.
