I happen to be a recruiter for a large organization, and yes, we do pay up to 100% in commissions, but many of our agents make more money at 65% than most agents do at 100%. A brand new agent can go to most any Brokerage house and get 90% & 100% contracts. They don't have to "prove" anything. And what's this about "we work here"? Well I hope so. We don't get paid in this business until a policy is issued and paid for. I've been "working" in this business full-time for 14+ years. So spare me the rah rah session. As a matter of fact, anyone who wants a 100% contract from an A++ rated carrier with advances, email me. You don't have to prove it at 75%. If you don't write any business you don't get paid.
