Capitalchoice is a captive agency in every aspect. Its no different then Primerica, they only use 1 primary carrier CHASE, and interchange every year a sub company for impaired cases or non nationals. For annuities they use mainly Allianz and the highest level acheivable is 80% of street? Write 100,000 index annuity and make 7,200 with Capitalchoice based off the masterdex street level contract. If you were on your own your comps would be 9,000??? Take your time with that decision. They try an justify this comp structure with the ability to build a agency. But truthfully they have 1 guy making 400,000, 2 guys making 200,000 and most the rest are broke still trying to build a hierarchy in a ficticious scenario! Commissions are assigned to the owner D. kinnard. So comps are paid in delay and he controlls your clients when you resign or get terminated! If you get caught selling products from other carriers, even if they dont offer them, you will be terminated and lose your entire hierarchy??? If your terminated for any reason, you lose everything you built over many years! and past clients are not yours, you assigned them to him, so once terminated, you will receive a letter to not contact "THEIR" clients any more! Kinnard changes the rules as the company sees fit! They create requirements suddenly and if you have been there for even 5 years and you have several hundred agents but dont meet the NEW changed requirements, they will roll you back and take your hierarchy from you! " Good old boys network! Nobody is getting rich selling term insurance! That crusade is dead! Kinnard is stuck in the stone ages! Their comps are horrible and I challenge any of their agents to prove this otherwise?? Also I challenge their agents to post their 1099 statements. My advise, run as fast as you can and dont waste away under the capitalchoice proven system! Proven to captively ruin your life!
