I'm quite sure it is on Amazon.com, and I bought my copy at a store. It is in regular circulation. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

: : Where do you get the book? At a bookstore?
: : : MDRT has put out a VERY good book called "Million Dollar Prospecting Techniques". It is about $17. I would recommend it for anyone.

: : : : : Hey Jax,
: : : : : I would be interested in hearing some of your prospecting methods. I could use help in this area.
: : : : : : Life ins. and financial services agents:
: : : : : : Does anyone want to post what prospecting methods they use? Like referrals, direct mail, seminars, etc.
: : : : : : Discuss what are your favorite products.
: : : : : : Discuss the pro's and con's of index annuities?
: : : : : : Discuss what you think about VUL and VA's?
: : : : : : What companies have the "best" term rates?
: : : : : : What do you guys think?
: : : : I do most of my business just by asking people who they have their ins., mf, ira, etc.with., just stricking up a conversation with strangers Just get them talking about financail services. If you got out of the office and called on business and start talking to people about anything at first, hunting, fishing, something that you think they are interested in, then ask "where is your ira money" ask them if they are happy with the return they have been getting?? Ask if they have the type of life ins. that pays the cash value to your wife, or is it used to pay part of the claim?
: : : : Try talking about index annuities.
: : : : Ask people if they would rather have 50% of the S-P 500 gain ever year with 0 losses, or 100% of the gain and 100% of the losses?? You can tell them that if the S-P 500 goes negative, that they will get 0 interest that year, but they will not have any negatives. Let's say the first year the S-P 500 goes up 20%, they are credited with 10%, the next year the S-P 500 goes down 30%, they are credited with 0 interest that year, but they still have their 10% from the year before.
