I agree with Jodi Vitale. Seminars are the way to go. But seminars are NOT for everyone and agents should avoid spending thousands of dollars with FMO's and/or vendors trying to peddle their pre-packaged programs.

Also, I have found SeminarCrowds.com to be an excellent vendor for affordable seminar invitations.
