I started my insurance career with this company. It is a true bait and switch. You go to pre-set appts (or you used to) and the people did not want you to show up. You told them you were giving them 'free benefits' and they were 'free' but really useless.
AIL teaches you a lot about hard work, a bad product that can not compete in the market(no selection), and making very little money.
I would suggest NOT going with them.
