I interviewed with them and they can motivate you. They promise you the world. There is no starting pay. You work for free for about 2-3 weeks until you know the presentation word for word and the products. They tell you that the lead system is great due to they are the only one who deals with unions and that the clients all want insurance because they sent in the lead cards. They do a little bait and switch by offering an accident policy for free just for letting you in the house and then tell you its not good. When I interviewed the corral about 35 or more into a room and gave just enough info for you to think that you can do it. I needed a base pay with benefits and they said yes until my final interview when they said that you only get a base pay if you see 30 people a month(verified). When I asked what the average is in the office the manager said the best guy makes about 40 appointments a week and sees about half due to no shows and cancelations. Also a coworker of mine used to work for them and said all the better leads go to the people who have been there a while. Take this information for what it is worth. I also met a woman who made a good living from them and made the conference with them every year since she started 4 years ago. Hope this helps
