: : Which company is the better to work for?
I can give you my opinion as a former Primerica (PFS) rep. In comparing PFS to HBW, I have come to the conclusion that there is no comparison. HBW has the better system. I'll tell you how I came to that conclusion.
PFS is a captive company. Even though they say you own your business, you don't. The company does. Your clients and sales team are the property of the company. If you leave at any level, you are barred from contacting clients or reps for at least 2 years.
At HBW you are independent and YOU own your clients and agents from day one.
PFS offers a limited product line and a one size fits all financial "plan".
At HBW we have access to an unlimited number of carriers so that we can always find the best mix of products that will fit our customers needs.
PFs requires you to give your best agent or agents to your upline in order to accept an RVP promotion.
At HBW your team is yours to keep upon promotion.
PFS top commission is 95%
HBW is 110%
PFS is owned by Citigroup
HBW offers an Agent Stock Option Plan so that the reps will benefit from their involvement with HBW.
