I would go the opposite way. I would find a newer agent that has been in the business 3-4 yrs that has some experience, but not too much. That way you can mold them the way you want but they have proven they are in the business to stay.
You want someone with energy, that is aggressive, and can keep up with the rapidly changing industry.
