I would highly suggest NOT going with NAA. They start you off at VERY LOW commissions for their "lead program." You will see a 55-60% commission while a lot of independent agencies will start you at or over 100% commission!!

You can get the same type of leads through independent lead shops and still get contracts at 100% + with all carriers.

I have many agents that have worked their way to 130% commissions!!
