The required is the target, it is 2286 annual or 190.00 monthly and that is how I am paid monthly * 12 * 102% I am paid on the min that is our target I did forget Oomph’s the premium is 2150 annual on the whole life another good thing about my whole life. I have worked with UL's that are paid up to target this one is not. I also get paid up front I don't have to wait for the premium to be paid monthly if it lapses I give a percentage back. If it stays for a year I keep my commissions but I do lose progress which effect my commission rate
