Everlene, I don't have any info on the companies you are asking about but I can tell you about Capital Choice. I'm an independent contractor here and I have four different life insurance companies(Chase is the premir company), two ltc, over twenty anuities, nine thousand mutual funds. I have my health license and I'm appointed with a health provider outside Capital Choice. We have a lot of leeway here, if you find a company that fits, recomend it to the company and they'll use it. The support is good also, they check the apps and make sure everything is in order, you couldn't hire a more complete staff. Call me 1-888-237-1302 or just reply to this message. John
